Splish Splash Library Cash to Benefit Library

Splish Splash Library Cash 50/50 raffle to benefit the Altoona Area Public Library. Soak up some big money and help Library meet its goal to sell 1,000 tickets!   First, second & third prizes to be awarded on Friday, August 21, 2015 based on intake of proceeds.  Tickets may be purchased at the library for $10.00 each.
