Come to the Altoona Area Public Library this week and pick up your own build a snow man kit. All kits will include everything you need to build a plush snowman companion for your home. Starting Tuesday 01/17 kits will be available for free at our Adult Circulation Desk on a first come first serve basis, while supplies last.
