This is a FREE program appropriate for children in grades 3rd - 6th grade. Rocks and Minerals is a 4 week science unit where we will explore the similarities and differences between many samples. We will perform tests similar to geologists' field tests to determine hardness, luster, streak, and other identifying properties.
