Crafternoon: Upcycled Magazines – January 17th at 2pm – Your next crafting skill is just around the corner. Learn a fun new way to upcycle old magazines. Using this skill take any periodical and make it a work of art! All materials will be provided. This is an adult program. Registration and a Blair County Library Card is required.
