Libraries to Close for Routine, In-Person Public Library Services

The Pennsylvania Department of Education and Office of Commonwealth Libraries are recommending that all libraries close to the public as a precaution to prevent the spread of Covid-19 or the Coronavirus. Following this recommendation the Altoona Area Public Library will be closed for routine, in-person library services. The library will close at 5 pm Monday, March 16th and will be closed until further notice.
